You Will:


  1. Assist in pre- and post-onboarding processes, including background verification (BGV).
  2. Conduct thorough reviews of pre-offer stage documents and identify any discrepancies.
  3. Verify employee attendance and validate time-offs monthly before payroll processing.
  4. Manage communications related to employee onboarding
  5. Maintain and update ID card data
  6. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews for non-technical positions
  7. Ensure the accuracy of data in the HR portal, excluding payroll information.
  8. Schedule and coordinate meetings with stakeholders.
  9. Generate reports on HR-related processes as required.
  10. Assist the HR team in organizing internal meetings and activities.
  11. Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.


You'll Have:


  1. Graduation or Master's degree in HR or Business Administration.
  2. Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  6. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
