Job Description

As an Executive - HR Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth HR operations, maintaining employee data, handling HR-related documentation, and supporting the HR team in daily operations.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Manage employee life cycle processes including onboarding, confirmations, and exits.
  2. Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
  3. Assist in processing payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
  4. Handle employee queries and provide support on HR policies and procedures.
  5. Support compliance activities related to labor laws and statutory requirements.
  6. Assist in HR audits, policy implementation, and process improvements.
  7. Coordinate with vendors for benefits administration and other HR services.
  8. Help in organizing employee engagement activities and wellness programs.


Key Requirements:


  1. 2 to 4 years of experience in HR operations.
  2. Strong understanding of HR policies, processes, and labor laws.
  3. Proficient in HR software (HRIS/HRMS) and MS Office applications.
  4. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  6. Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
  7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
