Job Description

Job Opportunity: IT Assistant

Dear Connections,

We are currently hiring for the position of IT Assistant. If you're passionate about technology and have practical experience in IT support, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor surveillance cameras
  2. Handle and maintain domain systems
  3. Set up and manage MS Teams IDs, meeting links, live events, and organize data storage channels (section-wise and batch-wise)
  4. Manage networking, DNS configuration, and troubleshooting
  5. Provide printer and system troubleshooting support
  6. Establish LAN connections
  7. Choose firewall vendors, create security policies, and maintain IT security protocols
  8. Update systems regularly and coordinate with vendors/engineers for Smart Board maintenance and IT asset management
  9. Assist with committee work, IT documentation, and ensure compliance

Qualifications:

  1. Practical knowledge and experience with the responsibilities listed above
  2. Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and networking

Looking forward to an immediate and proactive joiner who can also take up additional admin responsibilities.

Salary Range is 30 K to 33 K per month.
