Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement data analytics solutions primarily using Python, with exposure to Power BI.
2. Participate in the ETL process, utilizing Python to manipulate and prepare data for analysis.
3. Assist in the creation of dashboards and reports in Power BI to enable data-driven decision-making.
4. Conduct basic data analysis to uncover insights, trends, and patterns within datasets.
5. Work collaboratively with teams to gather data requirements and ensure the delivery of tailored analytics solutions.
6. Contribute to the maintenance of data quality and integrity through validation and cleansing techniques.
7. Document analytics workflows and findings to facilitate knowledge transfer and adherence to best practices.
8. Keep abreast of the latest developments in data analytics and visualization technologies.
9. Support the education of business users on the utilization of analytics tools and methodologies.
10. Engage in business development activities by assisting with proposal creation and other initiatives.
11. Take part in special projects and perform other duties as needed to support the team.

Required Skillset:

1. Strong foundational knowledge in Python programming for data analysis; experience through academic projects or internships is highly valued.
2. Familiarity with Power BI or a willingness to learn and develop skills in creating interactive dashboards and reports.
3. Basic understanding of SQL and experience with relational databases.
4. Analytical mindset with the ability to process and interpret complex data accurately and efficiently.
5. Proactive problem-solving skills and a focus on delivering results.
6. Capable of working autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic setting.
7. Effective communication skills, capable of explaining intricate data concepts to diverse audiences.
