Zycus is hiring Desktop Support Engineer for our ITIS team for Pune / Bangalore location. The position reports into the Operations Specialist- ITIS

The primary job responsibilities include:

· Installation, configuration, diagnosis and resolution of technical issues related to Microsoft products viz. Microsoft client operating systems (Windows7/ Windows8, Windows10), Email (Outlook), File & Print service, MS office, and various business applications etc.

· Installation, configuration, diagnosis and resolution of technical issues related to all technology peripherals viz. desktops, thin clients, laptop, printers and scanners etc.

· Migration and Deployment of Desktops and laptops build as per company standards.

· Communicating with overseas customers and solving their desktop related problems by using remote tools like MS TEAMS, Skype for Business, Web Ex etc.

· Supporting desktop maintenance, security maintenance, including virus updates and patch management

· Interacting technical people at a variety of levels as well as ability to address technical issues with non-technical associates.

Ideal candidate would have:

· Bachelors Degree - BE / B.TECH / MCA

· Ability to troubleshoot operating systems, hardware & software

· Good communication skills

· Willingness to work in rotational shifts

· Understanding of Office 365

· Good logical ability & time management skills

· Smart approach towards incident management

· The ability to communicate with overseas customers and problem solving ability by using remote tools like MS TEAMS , Skype for Business, Web Ex etc
